CityMD will charge an administrative fee when failing to attend or Cancelling a Booked appointments as outlined below: - Cancellations within 24 hours of Booking: No administrative fee - Cancelling with more than 24 hours notice from the time of your Appointment: £29 administrative fee - Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice from the time of your Appointment: £29 administrative fee - Failing to Attend your appointment or No notice given: £29 administrative fee - No refunds are available if you have attended your appointment and/or samples have already been taken. Refunds and cancellation requests must be submitted to dr_dacosta@citymd.co.uk and can take up to 21 days to be processed by our dedicated team and for funds to reach your account.

Samples are couriered the same day to the lab for processing and therefore we are able to deliver some of the best avaliable Turn-Around-Time results. However, please note that we use external laboratories for all PCR tests and have no control over their processing times once we have couriered your sample. Laboratories may also need to sometimes repeat tests which could impact upon the time you receive your test. Whilst we will do our very best to ensure your result is returned on time, CityMD is unable to accept liability or provide any compensation for costs you may incur due to delayed results.

If you have any of these 3 Covid19 symptoms: - A high temperature - A new, continuous cough - You’ve lost your sense of smell or taste or it’s changed Self isolate straight away and use the govenrment provided service to get a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test as soon as possible.
